In dialogue with BREATH — the current exhibition at Eritage Gallery
Join us for the third edition of Ceramic Sessions, a relaxed and inspiring evening where art, body, and creativity meet through the language of clay.
This special workshop invites each participant to paint their own bisque-fired ceramic piece, drawing inspiration from BREATH and its exploration of the body, movement, presence, and the many ways we connect with ourselves and the world around us.
Each session opens a new dialogue with the exhibition through the act of painting. Guided by Maria Eduarda Pasqualino, participants are invited to explore colour, form, and texture intuitively, translating their own impressions and emotions into a unique ceramic creation. A new ceramic format and colour palette are introduced for each edition, reflecting the spirit of the current exhibition.
As you move between the artworks and your own creative process, take a moment to slow down, observe, and reconnect with the present. No previous experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to experiment.
All materials are provided, and each piece will be glazed and fired after the workshop, becoming a lasting expression of your personal connection with the exhibition.
About the artist:
Maria Eduarda Pasqualino has worked with ceramics since 2021, exploring the balance between intuition and technique. Her practice blends hand-building, surface decoration, and glazing to create expressive, tactile works. She is currently based in Lisbon and collaborates with Ceramista Shop, one of the city's leading ceramic studios.
Inspired by the themes of BREATH, we invite you to take a pause, let your hands do the talking, sip some natural wine from our pop-up bar [CANTO], and experience an evening of art, experimentation, and connection.
