​There is a place inside us where we always feel at home. This session is an invitation to find it — and let the art meet you there.

​Over 3 hours, you’ll move through:
45 min Movement & Authentic Relating · 60 min Breathwork · 60 min Integration to gently land

​You’ll leave with a different relationship to the works on the walls — and to yourself.

​15 spots only. No experience needed.

​Gentle yet powerful, the breathwork may open deep inner states and new insights — with time afterwards to integrate, land, and leave grounded.
